EA International: Achievers Summit 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for the Achievers Summit (the "Summit"), organized by EA International ("Organizer," "we," "us," "our"), you ("Participant," "Delegate," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Event Details

Event: Achievers Summit – International Leadership and Entrepreneurship Summit
Dates: August 11–13, 2026
Venue: Lagos, Nigeria
Organizer may change venue, schedule, or speakers if necessary while maintaining event quality.

3. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only after full payment.
Fees are non-refundable except where stated.
Registration is personal and non-transferable without written approval.

4. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and inclusively. Any harassment, disruption, or misconduct may result in removal without refund.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds after payment.
Ticket transfers require written approval via info@achieverssummit.com.ng
If postponed, tickets remain valid for new dates.
If canceled, full refund will be issued.

6. Liability & Responsibility

Participation is at your own risk. The Organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages during the Summit or related activities.

7. Media & Promotional Rights

By attending, you grant EA International permission to use photos, videos, and recordings for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. Data Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
